Rock Meets Downton Abbey via Badgley Mischka A/W 2020

James and Mark Badgley came to New York Fashion Week to slay our lives for Fall with their “Downtown Abbey Road” collection.  In knowing this year has and will be a rough year politically they intentionally set out to design for women to feel empowered and beautiful.  Along with their history making staple black pieces they mixed in but included plenty of color and florals to satisfy all tastes via lace, velvet and brocades.   

 A few of our favorite looks: for everyday fall-wear a camel poncho(9th look), for the glamour (look 42) a floor length, silver sequin long sleeve gown and the wow factor(look 18) an embellished high low floral dress.  The three looks as a preview give an accurate depiction of merging a little rock with Downton Abbey!
